Providing good customer services mean to provide right product at right time and place.Retail is very fast driven industry and trends are changing day by day.So good communication skills are required to increase customer retention rate and Customer lifetime value (CLV), it is very important to focus on customer relationship management.

Inventory Management

Inventory management is core task to handle at store level.Customer demands and inventory turnovers give you an idea that how you can increase sales by maintaining right inventory.It is a critical task of a retail store manager and if you don't give proper attention to it then number of consequences will arise due to overstocking or running out of stock.

Visual Merchandising

Visual Merchandising means how to display product to increase sales.Attractive displays and proper product placements in a category or department wise help and encourage customers to choose right product easily.Retail planograms also used by Professionals to detail product placements. It gives a good experience to customers.

"Customers don't remember who you are , they only remember how do you make them feel." 

Administration & Team Management

Like a home, workplace also need consistent attention and care.Make sure that the store is in good working condition and customers are facilitated in an adequate manner.Store Parking ,Store atmosphere and cleaning are main areas of proper attention.

Staff Training and Management

As we know retail staff is frequently changing their jobs, so attrition level is high in this retail sector and staff training is essential to increase employee retention rate.Staff training must include the customer services, store internal operations like cash management and inventory management.
